Salt is once again coming to the Osterville Village Library to see her favorite librarian, Cindy, and all the families on the Cape who love marine wildlife. Kids and adults can go inside this life-sized inflatable to see just how big Salt really is! NECWA will also provide free educational materials, arts & craft activities, and viewing of marine artifacts.

Kids and adults can go inside this life-sized inflatable as well as view baleen, whale bones, and other marine artifacts that will be on display. Salt is heading North to the West Intermediate School Cafe on behalf of the Wilmington Memorial Library. Kids and adults can go inside this life-sized inflatable and see just how big Salt really is. Learn about ocean animals with a focus on sharks as well celebrate shark week. NECWA will provide a short family presentation on the different ocean animals in our area. There will also be viewing of marine artifacts, free educational material, and arts & craft activities, including block printing. All are welcome and online registration opens Friday, July 12th at 9 am through the library.

Join NECWA for a fun, family festival focused on Salt, the humpback whale. Come to the Wellfleet Council on Aging to view our inflatable humpback whale model created in the image of Salt, the most famous humpback whale in the world. NECWA will also offer free educational material, arts & craft activities, as well as other hands-on activities for kids of all ages. All ages are welcome to this free program.
